I thought that I had loved, until into my life sunshine was shoved.
I thought that I had wept, until into my life you were swept.
I thought I'd never see, a love that could set me free,
From my fears, my aches and my pains,
To bring happy tears, loving flakes and break my chains.
You taught me to rhyme, you encouraged me to climb,
Confident and strong, you've given me loving song.
And so across ocean and land, I send you love greater than grand,
I ask you to again take my hand, and for eternity with me stand.
In your heart I've found my quest, and until I die I'll never rest,
Giving you love & passion galore, until you can no longer keep any score.
And if the world were to end on this night, where would our souls finally meet in flight?
At heavens gate they would settle, on a bed made of rose petal.
Now I must go to my land of dreams, with love flowing rapids of streams.
Good night my precious little jewel, our love will soon be taught in every great school.
